Eight Years and Counting

Today is our EIGHT year anniversary!!

As life gets busier, as the kids keep coming, and time feels more and more limited between us, I feel more and more grateful to share in the journey with my best friend in the world. I can't imagine spending every day, enjoying countless laughs, shedding a few tears, building our family, growing in age, in spirit, in maturity, in life with one single other person besides my Chris.

For me, our love, our goals, our hope and happiness has only magnified as we have faced difficult things together. Nobody else in the world shares in my desires for the happiness and success of our children like Chris. Nobody else in the world shares in my goals for an eternal family like Chris does. Nobody else in the world cares more about these things for our family with me like Chris does. That is the true beauty of sharing your life and your marriage and your efforts side by side with someone.

Though life is NOT ever perfect, it is so much sweeter with Chris to share it with. I am so lucky to have such a good, solid, happy, kind, strong, unselfish man by my side. I love you, Chris, with all my heart, and honestly look forward to all that our lives have in store together in the many years ahead! Eight years has not been nearly enough and I'm so glad to have so much still to experience with you!
