Family fun
A few nights ago, for FHE, we got together with my sister and her family and my sister-in-law and their family for a night out to the pumpkin patch! It was soooo much fun, even though it was FREEZING cold (yeah, we happened to pick about the coldest night this year to go)! We got there just as the sun was setting, which was really beautiful and got the kids all bundled up. We jumped on the hay ride and drove through the millions of pumpkins until our driver found just the right spot to find some good ones! Then it was off to find the perfect pumpkins! We all scored pretty well, and came away with some real beauties! Afterwards, we went to dinner and enjoyed spending some time together, while thawing out from the chill! It was such a great night and I'm glad we were able to enjoy this time of year together! It really is so beautiful here right now and we are trying to take in as much of this fall weather as we can before the brrrrrrr season is here!
Happy pumpkin hunting!

I love pumpkin patches that have hay rides. It makes the search for that perfect pumpkin so special.
What a fun night and those are some great pictures! You guys are always doing fun and creative things. Kaiya looks adorable all bundled up. Did you get my email?! Thank you, again, for the baby gifts! You're the best, Karli!
what great pictutes you got of the family and sunset. Kaiya looks so adorable in her new coat and hat snd mittens. Did she mind the cold? I saw some other faces there that didn't look quite so happy. We're really glad that you and the other kids have these times together. You most likely will spread out again and not be so close to hang out.
I TOO am so glad we got to go on this adventure together. It was definitely a great memory to make!
Love ya
So fun! You guys really skipped Fall, huh???
It looks like Ya-ya found a pumpkin just her size!
