NOT Normal!

Ok, so this is the disaster that we found ourselves in here in Utah yesterday! I talked to several people who are native Utahns (my husband included) who kept saying, "Oh this is normal for Spring in Utah, blah, blah, blah." But I don't care, this is NOT NORMAL!!!! To have a snow storm in the middle of April, come on people!! Sunday it was 65-70 degrees outside and beautiful and sunny, and then Monday it dropped to like 35 degrees!! Thank goodness today is sunny again and warming up! I can't handle the spring teasers, when you think winter has past and the cold weather is gone! And my poor flowers -- I hope they can recover!

I have lived here for 10 years and don't remember a spring this cold or snowy- I don't care what Utahns say!

I'm not jealous of the snow...but I just wanted to say how pretty your flowers are! What a green thumb :-)

I completely agree with you, kar! I remember last year we had something like that...I just hope it continues to be wonderful and beautiful here (though unfortunately that means the humidity is not too far behind)!! Boooooo to snow in the springtime!

Sorry to snow on the parade, but this is normal! I don't plant my garden until the end of May because there is a chance of frost until then. All of your bulb flowers will do fine! They are quite nice by the way! Luckily it's supposed to be in the 70's this weekend. It was quite disappointing to wake up to snow!
