It's a girl for Tiff!

Tiffany is a great friend with whom I was roomates while going to school in Hawaii. She has been going through the very LONG process of adopting a baby from China and today she found out who her baby is! Little Eliza is just precious, and for Tiffany, this day has been LONG overdue!
