We got a baby!! Well, kind-of....
Well, given the current situation we are in with having kids, the title of this post may not have been the greatest (sorry for the scare to grandma :) However, we really did get a new addition to our family!! This is Jack, our new puppy! Chris and I have wanted a dog for soooo long, but have always rented, so could not get one. But with the new house, we have been so anxious to finally make it happen! We found this little guy in an ad, and went out last night to meet him and immediately FELL IN LOVE (how could you not?!) He is about 3 weeks old, so he actually won't be ready for pick-up until the first part of August, which is perfect because that's when we will have our house! His parents are both pure bred labs (chocolate dad and black mom) and are beautiful dogs! We are so thrilled to have our little Jack. He is so snuggly and really mellow and when we put him on the ground, he came right to Chris! Sooo cute! We can't wait to bring him home!

So cute!! I'm anxious for updates on your "puppy days". They're always an adventure! I can't believe you're finally getting your chocolate lab!
Oh my goodness. I am so happy for you guys! You know I love chocolate labs and I love the name Jack. If only Jack could have worked for our family we would have used it. But lets all say it together "Jack -------". That would not have worked so well for us. He is darling and I cannot wait to meet him.
That is the cutest dog! Wish you lived closer so my kids could come visit- they want a dog so bad but Ryan is too allergic.
Yipppeeee---he is absolutely adorable!! I am sure he and Samson would get along very well! =)
Awwww! Beau just told me he would like to meet Jack. ;o) We should arrange a get together!
